I am a certified RRCA Running Coach, certified ACE Personal Trainer, Training Peaks Level 2 and STRYD Coach certified Running Coach.
I’ve been a passionate runner since high school where I discovered the joys of long distance running, since then I have been physically active my whole life as I truly believe that the best path to happiness and a healthy mind is accomplished through regular physical activity.
I have the privilege to coach athletes from around the world, helping them reach new personal bests, accomplish great races and better their health and fitness.
I would love to be your running coach and help you achieve your goals, we will work together on getting you onto the right program, help you stay motivated and ensure that your running program can fit into your busy lifestyle.
I am an MRP Certified Running Coach, Ultra Runner and running community leader based out of Hong Kong.
I have first developed my passion for long distance running in high school, where I ran for the school's varsity cross country team and in my free time explored the rolling hills and lush forests of picturesque New England. I continued to run competitively in college, having done many halves and ran marathons internationally.
I focus on helping individuals getting ready for their first half or full marathon. With my extensive experience in trail running, I cater on ultra race preparations, helping trail runners to be physically and mentally prepared for extreme efforts such as the UTMB or climbing high altitude mountains.
I am eager to share with you my passion for running and fitness, to accompany you in your journey to build your strength, transform your body, and reach your full potential.
